Jackson, 6-0, 192, spent the preseason with Houston before he was waived on final cuts. He was signed to the Jaguars’ practice squad on Dec. 14. He was a two-year starter at Missouri where he played in 49 games with 24 starts. Jackson finished his college career with 113 receptions for 1,434 yards and six touchdowns. Asper, 6-7, 325, was a sixth-round pick of Buffalo in 2012 and spent the preseason with the Bills before he was waived on final cuts. He was claimed off waivers by Minnesota where he spent 16 weeks on the active roster but did not play in a game.
Reisner, 6-3, 255, entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with the Vikings in 2011 where he spent the past two seasons. He has played in 10 games and has two receptions for 18 yards. He was a four-year letterman at Iowa where he hauled in 42 receptions for 460 yards and two touchdowns as a senior. He attended Marion High School in Marian, Iowa where he set the school record for career touchdowns.
