Here are the Jaguars.com NFL power rankings entering Week 8. And we all know how critical these are...

1. Atlanta Falcons (6-0) | 1 | We’ll see how long they hold this

2. Houston Texans (6-1) | 3 | Well, hard to argue with *that*

3. Chicago Bears (5-1) | 4 | Most-overlooked really good team in league

4. New York Giants (5-2) | 5 | Eli > a lot of guys right now, RGIII included

5. Green Bay Packers (4-3) | 6 | Scary matchup for Jaguars – really, really scary

6. Baltimore Ravens (5-2) | 2 | Already suspect defense looking more so

7. San Francisco 49ers (5-2) | 7 | Really good, but good enough to be great?

8. New England Patriots (4-3) | 9 | Not dominant yet. There’s time

9. Minnesota Vikings (5-2) | 11 | This is the season the Jaguars thought they’d have

10. Seattle Seahawks (4-3) | 8 | Defense may have trouble carrying team all year

11. Arizona Cardinals (4-3) | 10 | Four-and-oh seems like a long time ago
