Here are the jaguars.com NFL power rankings entering Week 4. And we all know how critical these are...

1. Houston Texans (3-0) | 2 | It has been a long journey, but this spot is deserved

2. Atlanta Falcons (3-0) | 5 | A lot better than many believed

3. Baltimore Ravens (2-1) | 3 | Don’t look now, but Joe Flacco is closing in on elite

4. Green Bay Packers (1-2) | 4 | The standings say 1-2; we all know the truth

5. New York Giants (2-1) | 9 | Look like they’re headed deep into playoffs again

6. San Francisco 49ers (2-1) | 1 | They’re still good; takes a rare team to avoid hiccup these days

7. Arizona Cardinals (3-0) | 12 | Victories over Patriots? Eagles? Impressive stuff

8. Chicago Bears (2-1) | 13 | Starting to look like a season-long presence

9. New England Patriots (1-2) | 8 | Belichick still can’t be loving replacement refs
