Members of the Jaguars Women’s Association, led by Joelle Caldwell, spouse of General Manager David Caldwell, and Michaela Bradley, spouse of Head Coach Gus Bradley, walked on Saturday in the 6thannual Mutt March, one of the Jacksonville Humane Society’s major fundraising events. They were joined by other members and pets of the team’s football and administrative staff in walking and raising funds.
The pet walk and festival held last Saturday raised almost $100,000 for the shelter and care of homeless pets in Jacksonville and educational programs.
“The funds raised through the Mutt March help us to provide care, comfort and compassion to pets and the people who love them. We are so grateful for the JWA’s participation and support in helping us to reach our goals,” noted Denise Deisler, Executive Director of the Jacksonville Humane Society.
