When shall I expect the annual invoice for my Jaguars Season Tickets?
Annual invoices are mailed in February. Please note there may be factors, such as playoffs or by sole discretion of the Jacksonville Jaguars, that may affect the delivery and respective deadlines for annual season ticket invoices. To review and pay your invoice, log in to My Jaguars Account
What type of payment plan is available to me on my annual invoice?
Season ticket owners can pay in full for their annual invoice or take advantage of the payment plan by supplying the Jaguars with credit or debit card information. To review and pay your invoice, log in to My Jaguars Account
What happens if my monthly payment declines?
If the financial institution returns your monthly charge without payment, your account will be considered past-due and a $15.00 fee will be assessed. If the past-due charge is not paid prior to the next scheduled monthly payment, your account will automatically be charged the past-due balance plus the monthly amount due for that month. Any season ticket account with a past-due balance may experience a delay in the delivery of season tickets. Tickets with a past-due balance also risk being turned off and denied entry into EverBank Field on game day. Any account with two or more past due monthly payments also risk the seats being released from the account and made available for resale.
How do I purchase a season parking pass?
Does my child need a ticket to enter EverBank Field?
Children under 34 inches may obtain a complimentary Lap Pass Ticket at the game day ticket office. For more information on the lap pass ticket, please contact the Jaguars Fan Services Department at (904) 633-6000.
When will my Jacksonville Jaguars season tickets be mailed?
Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket owners will receive their season tickets via U.S. Mail in July.
What happens if I lose my season tickets?
There is a $10.00 per ticket reprint fee. Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 (option ‘1’). The ticket holder of record will be required to submit a request in writing for the ticket reprints along with a copy of their photo ID and payment of the reprint fee.
How do I change the contact information on my Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket account?
Jaguars season ticket owners can change their account information by logging in to My Jaguars Account
. The primary account holder of record may also submit a request in writing along with a copy of their photo ID. For corporate accounts, company and/or contact name changes must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and signed by a manager or an officer of the company. Corporate address changes must be submitted with the contact name’s signature.
How do I access My Jaguars Account?
To access your Jaguars account online, please visit jaguars.com/myaccount. You will need your Jag ID and password. If you do not have this information, please call the Fan Services Department at (904) 633-2000 or click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link to have the password emailed to the email address of record.
What features are available to me through My Jaguars Account?
My Jaguars Account
is a one-stop shop for online account management – offering several features that will bring greater value to your season ticket investment. My Jaguars Account
will allow you to update your account information, make renewal payments online, forward your tickets to friends via e-mail and re-sell your tickets to other Jaguars fans.
What is Ticket Forwarding?
This service allows season ticket owners the opportunity to email tickets to friends, family or clients when they cannot attend a game. Simply log in to My Jaguars Account and select the ticket or group of tickets, enter the recipient’s information and select “forward.” You will not need the tickets in hand in order to do this.
During the forwarding process, the barcode on the original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket via TicketFast with a unique barcode that can be printed right away with any standard printer.
What is Ticket Exchange?
Season ticket owners who cannot attend a game now have the option of selling their season tickets anonymously to other fans by logging into My Jaguars Account. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price and expiration date, and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.

Once the posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale price is either credited to your Jaguars season ticket account or deposited into the bank account provided, less a ten percent seller fee. The barcodes on your tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer via TicketFast for at-home printing, using any standard printer.
Season ticket owners will be notified via email if the tickets do not sell before the indicated expiration date. The listing will be automatically removed and the original tickets will still be valid for entry. If you cannot attend the game, you also have the option of emailing your tickets to a friend via Ticket Forwarding.
How and when can I purchase additional single game tickets?
Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket owners will receive an offer to purchase single game tickets prior to regular season single game tickets going on-sale to the general public. This offer will be announced in July and is subject to availability.
What type of priority do I receive for playoff tickets?
Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket owners will receive first priority and season ticket location for any playoff games played at EverBank Field. Season ticket owners must respond to the initial playoff offer before the designated deadline in order to be eligible for tickets. Additional tickets will be offered based upon availability. Tickets for away playoff games need to be purchased through the respective home team’s ticket office.
How do I relocate my Jacksonville Jaguars season tickets?
All season ticket owners will be given the opportunity to relocate their seats. Please contact the Fan Services Department at (904)633-2000 (option ’1’) to discuss availability and/or to RSVP to participate in the annual relocation option. Season tickets owners that do not renew by the annual invoice deadline will not be able to participate in the relocation option, and their seats will be made available to other season ticket owners following the annual invoice deadline.
How do I upgrade my Jacksonville Jaguars season tickets?
If you are a season ticket holder looking to move to a higher-priced section from where you currently sit, please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 and one of our representatives will be more than happy to work with you based upon current availability. You can also upgrade your seats by taking advantage of the relocation option.
